Three strategies, off until you turn them on

You switch them on and off from the office, account by account, with the risk per trade you choose. Micros only: MNQ and MGC.

One account, one strategy only. Don't trade the same account with Caja NY and Oro Y2 at the same time, or with any two strategies at once: the trades of one interfere with the trades of the other and the mathematical edge the backtest measured breaks down. Assign each account to a single strategy.

It marks the box from 9:15 to 9:35 New York time and trades the breakout in the direction of the trend, with a limit order at the edge. One trade per day at most.

Oro Y2

It waits for a sweep of an H1 imbalance zone, then the recovery, and enters with a limit order. Window from 9:00 to 13:00 New York time. When the trade reaches 2.5R, the stop moves up to +1R of locked-in profit. A trade that is already open is not closed at 13:00: it runs until target, stop or protection, with a safety close at 16:00 New York time.

Caja NY 2.2

The aggressive extension of Caja NY, built to go for the funded account. It uses the same box, the same breakout and the same stop, but instead of settling for 0.5R it stretches the target to whatever your account still needs to pass the evaluation.

It does this on its own: the office tells the bot how much your account has made and how much is left to the evaluation target. The bot sizes the trade and sets the target right there, plus a 75 USD cushion to cover commissions and clear the target by a few dollars. If a lot is left, the target is capped at 6 times the risk and it takes several trades. If little is left, it never goes below 2 times the risk.

  • It risks more than Caja NY: 800 USD per trade in Apex, Lucid and MFFU evaluations.
  • Automatic break even: when the trade reaches +1R the stop moves to the entry.
  • One trade per day. If it does not reach the target, it exits by time at 15:45.
  • Once the account is funded it becomes more conservative: it lowers the risk and aims for a smaller fixed profit.
Days it trades: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only (New York time). On Wednesday and Friday it does not enter, and the office shows it as a no-trade day.
It is aggressive on purpose: it tries to pass the evaluation fast and can lose the full stop. It does not guarantee passing. It is a study tool, not financial advice.

  3. 3Size: the office sends the bot the account profile (Apex evaluation: 800 USD risk). The stop is 30 points away, 60 USD per contract: that gives 13 contracts and 780 USD of risk.
  4. 4Entry: limit order at the broken edge. It waits up to 60 minutes for price to touch it again.
  5. 5Automatic target: the account still needs 1,800 USD (3,000 minus 1,200). With the 75 USD cushion that is 1,875 USD net: about 73 points, 2.4 times the risk.
  6. 6Break even: at +1R, 30 points in favor, the stop moves to the entry. If it reaches the target the evaluation is complete. If price comes back, it exits close to zero. If it does not arrive, it exits by time at 15:45.

Live panel: watch each bot trade

Next to the agents' chat, the office draws what each bot is doing: the 1-minute candles, the box, the entry, the stop, the target and the current price, with the PnL in dollars and in R and the account it trades on. When the trade ends, it stays frozen with the result.

You pick a leader account and up to 5 follower accounts. When the leader trades, the followers enter with the same contracts and also copy its stop and target. Everything is managed from a new office panel, with one button per account.

One button per group and per account

  1. Create a groupOpen the Copy trading panel and tap “+ New group”. You can name it after the strategy the leader runs.
  2. Pick the leader and the followersOne leader account and up to 5 followers. An account can only be in one group.
  3. Turn the group onFirst the group (GROUP ON), then each follower with its ON/OFF. They always start off.

What it copies

Entries, exits, stop and target

  • The leader's position, with the same contracts: if the leader adds or closes contracts, the followers do too.
  • The stop and target of the leader, linked together (if one fills, the other is cancelled) and adjusted if the leader moves them.
  • Every instrument the leader trades (MNQ, MGC, etc.), including its manual entries. To separate by strategy, use one group per leader.
  • If the leader reverses the position, the followers close and enter in the new direction.
Control and safety

You hold the last switch

  • PAUSE ALL stops all groups with one tap.
  • Turning off a follower or a group does not close open positions: they keep their stop and target.
  • If the leader was already in a trade when you turn the group on, that old trade is not copied: it waits for the next one.
  • The panel warns you if a follower is also assigned to a bot (it would trade twice) or if the copier strategy is not running in NinjaTrader.
How it installs

Included in version 1.4.0

  • It comes in the version 1.4.0: the CopiadorOficina strategy is copied to NinjaTrader automatically, like the others.
  • It is added only once, on any chart, and enabled (Enabled column). You do not need to add it to each account.
  • Follower accounts only need to be connected in NinjaTrader.
Before you use it

Test it in simulation first

  • Start with two simulation accounts and watch how they copy before using real accounts.
  • Every prop firm has its own rules on copying trades between accounts: some allow it between your own accounts and others limit or prohibit it. Check your firm's rules.

Setup in nine steps

The tutorial in the Videos section walks through them one by one. You enter your prop firm username and password only in NinjaTrader: Trading Office never sees them.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on Mac or Linux?

No. Only on 64-bit Windows 10 (1809 or later) or 11, because NinjaTrader 8 is a Windows program.

What do I have to pay for separately?

A Claude Pro plan or higher for the agents, and your prop firm account. The NinjaTrader account is free.

Can I try it without risking money?

Yes, and it is recommended. Assign the bots to a simulation account (for example Sim101) and watch them trade for a few days before moving to a real account. The bots always start off.

Does Trading Office see my prop firm username or password?

No. You enter those only in NinjaTrader. Automatic sign-in, if you enable it, stores your NinjaTrader username (not the prop firm's), encrypted by Windows.

Which prop firms work?

The ones that work with NinjaTrader. Rules for Apex, FTMO, Lucid and My Funded Futures come preloaded. Always check your firm's rules: some, like Apex, prohibit automated systems.

What happens if the internet drops or the PC shuts down?

Stop and target orders that were already sent stay with your broker, but while the PC or NinjaTrader is down the bots do not open new trades or move the stop. If NinjaTrader stops sending data while a bot is on, the office alerts you with a red alarm. When you are back: sign in to NinjaTrader and enable the strategies.

Can I trade NQ or GC?

No. The strategies are built for micros only: MNQ (Nasdaq) and MGC (gold).

Does it work if I am not in Argentina?

Yes, but the office shows Argentina time and New York time, and the bots trade on New York time. Convert the times to your own time zone.

How do I get the download password?

It comes with your purchase. If you did not receive it, write to us by email, Discord or Telegram (Contact section). That password opens both download buttons: the installer and the update.

Can trades from one account be copied to others?

Yes, with the Copy trading feature in version 1.4.0: you pick a leader account and up to 5 followers, and they copy its entries, stop and target. Test it in simulation first and check your prop firm's rules on copying trades. See the Copy trading section.

How much does it cost, and is there a subscription?

The license costs 300 USD, one payment, no subscription. The optional customization adds 100 USD. Updates are included for life, and so are support and the installation guarantee; there are no refunds after purchase. Separately you pay for your Claude plan and your prop firm account; the NinjaTrader account is free.

How do I update to a new version?

With the Download the update button, above. It makes a backup, does not touch your data, accounts or keys, and reopens the office by itself.

Before you use it

Trading Office is a study and organization tool. It is not financial advice or a recommendation to trade. Trading futures carries a high risk of loss, which can exceed the money deposited, and backtest results do not guarantee future results.

The bots trade on their own when you turn them on, and you are solely responsible for what happens in your accounts. Some prop firms prohibit automated systems (Apex does, according to its site): check your firm's rules before turning a bot on.

The schedules are designed for Argentina: the office shows Argentina time and New York time, and the bots trade on New York time. If you are in another country, convert the times to your own time zone.

NinjaTrader and Claude are third-party products, with their own licenses and terms.
